How long do I need to wait to receive my gift card?

Once purchased, please allow 24 hours to receive by email. An email will be sent to the person purchasing the gift card. Once you have received your gift card information it can be saved in your Apple Wallet or shared via email.

Can I split an order between a gift card and a credit card?

If your gift card value is less than your order value, you can pay the remaining balance using any other standard payment method.

Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?

If your gift card value exceeds your total order value, you can use the remaining balance on a future order.

Do sale pricing and discounts apply to purchasing gift cards?

Sale pricing and discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases. However, these discounts will apply as normal to orders where a gift card is used as payment.

Can I refund a gift card?

No, our gift cards are not refundable after purchase.

Can I refund purchases made with a gift card?

Items purchased with a gift card can only be replaced, they are not eligible to be refunded. To learn more about replacements, please click here.

Can I buy multiple gift cards in one order? Or purchase a gift card with other products?

Yes, you can buy multiple gift cards and also other available products.

Can I set custom values?

No, but we have different options you can select from. ($12, $22, $30, $50, $100, $200)

How can I check the balance of my gift card?

What do I do if I lose my gift card code?

You will need to contact our customer service team from the email you used to purchase the gift card, requesting a copy of your gift card email notification.

Can I add value to a gift card?

Unfortunately gift cards cannot be reloaded.
