Can I modify my subscription once I've subscribed?

Unfortunately Mystery Club subscriptions cannot be modified. If a change needs to be made the subscription will need to be canceled and a new one created. If you need help with your Mystery Club subscription please contact [email protected]

When will I be billed?

Billing occurs monthly as each new Mystery Club order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email as you normally would with any other type of order.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account or you can contact our customer service team.  Please bear in mind that this can only be done if the order has not yet been processed.

Do you offer Mystery Club for children?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer youth sizing.

How often will I receive my Mystery Club product/s?

If you have purchased a monthly subscription, you can expect to receive your item(s) every month.

Can I do a one-time purchase?

Yes, but you will need to contact us or cancel your subscription immediately after the first order has been processed. Otherwise, your subscription will be processed monthly until cancelled.
