Mystery club subscriptions cannot be modified. Subscription will need to be canceled and that would be possible before the order has been processed.

Each month when your mystery club order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email.

How can I cancel my subscription

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account or you can contact our customer service team. This can only be done if the order has not been processed.

Do you offer Mystery Club for children?

Right now, we don't.

How often will I get the mystery club product/s?

If you subscribed to a monthly subscription, you can expect to receive it/them every month.

Can I do a one-time purchase?

Yes, you can but you will need to contact us or cancel your subscription right after the first order has been processed.
